I get all my honey from The Fruitful Yield in Schaumburg. They have several locations in the Chicago area. In the store they carry all of the varieties shown here, but in 5lb 'milk jug' containers for ~@12.99 each. $2.60/lb ain't bad.

I also pick up lactose powder there - much cheaper than most HBS's. They also carry beet sugar, date sugar, dextrose powder, rice syrup, and some other 'brewery' items, all reasonably priced.
