The country's first and largest beer festival dedicated to the art of wood and barrel aging returns once again to Goose Island Wrigleyville (3535 N Clark St) in Chicago from 1-5 PM on Saturday afternoon, November 3. The beers, often aged on oak and in whiskey and wine barrels, offer unique flavors and aromas rarely seen today. They also provide a fascinating look back into brewing's past.
Last year a sellout crowd of approximately 500 sampled 71 beers from 28 different breweries, representing 14 states from coast to coast.
