The following beers are the beers in regular rotation here at Center City Brewing Company

A fine blend of American 2 row, Vienna, Belgian Special B, Cara Viena and Munich malts, Hallertauer and German Traditional hops.

Smooth and clean flavor, a good bridge to craftbrews for your BMC (Bud Miller Coors) friends.

One word - Cascade!

This wonderfully hopped American Pale Ale is a 2 grain one hop beer comprised of American 2 row and Crystal 120 malts and Cascade hops.

A wonderful hop aroma is this beers signature, hoppy without being overly bitter.

Designed after Center City's favorite other brewpub, Mountain Sun of Boulder Colorado's Colorado Kind. A fine brew, so good Jason had it at his wedding!

A wonderfully fruity yet bitter beer, just like the band it's named for!

This beer is a Raspberry Java Porter, you cannot get anymore fruity and bitter than this. A fantastic blend of Alterra Breakfest Blend coffee, raspberries, 2-row, Crystal and Chocolate malts.

You have to taste it to believe it.

Center City Wheat is an American Wheat recipe that goes light on the hops and high on refreshment. Originally designed to have a quick turnaround beer for a gathering at the house, this beer has become a favorite of guests here at the homebrewery and one that seems to go down easily.

Wanderlust Porter was an idea after brewing up Husker Bru. I loved the recipe, but wondered what it would tast like if I took out the raspberry and the coffee and added Vanilla. With two vanilla beans added to the secondary, the vanilla flavor punches right through.

A Northwest inspired porter with American Hops, Crystal adn Chocolate Malts, this beer is a perfect brew for Porter drinking season.

With Pilsner, Cara Pils, Honey malts, and flaked maize this beer is a real thirst quencher. With 21 ibus from Nobel hops, this brew is a satisfying brew year round. Be careful, the beer is deceiving at 5.4%abv, so don't have too many before you leave the brewery.
